      Most Horrible and Worst Corporate Nightmare

      Pros

      The pay and benefits seemed attractive at first, with a decent salary and company-paid medical coverage. It quickly became clear that this was just a lure to trap employees into a nightmare.

      Cons

      Executive leadership is obsessed with growth and revenue, but the staff beneath them bear the full weight of their ambition. Incoming accounts and clients pile on an impossible workload, and asking for help only makes things worse. Requests for support are ignored, deadlines are tightened, and employees are forced to work even longer hours. Morale plummets as frustration and exhaustion take over. The environment is toxic beyond measure. Harassment, inappropriate behavior, blatant favoritism, and constant gaslighting are rampant. Employees are exploited and abused for simply trying to meet leadership’s unreasonable expectations. Hard work is met with zero acknowledgment or appreciation. This place is a true corporate nightmare, and anyone aware of what goes on here would steer far away.

      Horrible People Follow Unethical Practices to Extract Higher Fees

      Pros

      It is an independent investment advisory firm that provides individuals in or approaching retirement with targeted asset management to help protect, maintain, and grow their financial portfolios.

      Cons

      They brag about having customers’ best interests in mind, but do a poor job of it. They lie blatantly to customers and invest their funds in high-fee annuities to earn a good profit. It’s unprofessional and unethical. Please avoid trusting these fake people. They aren’t loyal to employees as well. They often blame employees for their own mistakes.

      Terrible communication from the upper management

      I work with great clients and excellent colleagues.

      Cons

      My main issue with Trajan Wealth is its poor leadership. Communication with the upper management is terrible, and this really messes up my productivity and schedule. The leaders here are too incompetent to come up with an efficient schedule for everyone involved, and they're also too immature and weak to provide better solutions.

Our standards and values are high and these recognitions are only possible because of those standards.
