The founder really let's you have all the resources needed to succeed and is very stoic on problem solving when it comes to employees positions in the firm. Room for growth is exceptional and with expansions every other quarter, there are so many routes to consider and the support of management to help get you there.
Cons
Not really any besides parking limited but which company doesn't have that issue.
Trajan Wealth is a fantastic place to work! Over the past 2-years, the company has grown tremendously and has added 4 new offices and 36 new employees. The CEO - Jeff Junior, truly cares about his employees and has created a positive environment for all to learn and grow with the company. As busy as Jeff is, he takes the time to get to know each and every employee. In addition, the company provides competitive compensation, wonderful benefits with medical being paid for by the company and monthly employee appreciation events. I highly recommend joining Trajan Wealth!
Cons
That I am no longer with the company supporting our team! My hubby was tired of being a bachelor as he retired several years ago and wanted me to join him, so I retired reluctantly. I wish I had joined Trajan earlier in my career as I absolutely loved the fast pace and change that comes with a growing organization!
