      Pros

      - The people are great! - Getting to know people across the world virtually is amazing - Management is understanding of workload and work-life balance

      Cons

      - Not room to grow into new roles - Salary base is low, and even if you do a great job raises do not showcase that.

      Pros

      This is a flat hierarchy organisation and best place to work. Am enjoying the work and the environment. Gives a lot of opportunity / freedom to learn and do new things.

      Cons

      Environment has a lot of flexibility like work from home etc and hence needs a lot of ownership from individuals for delivery
