No Benefits and misreatment

Pros

Emloyees are very nice and helpful.

Cons

1. They remove benefits along the way. By that I do not mean benefits in terms of cutting costs but benefits such as working from abroad for 30 days etc., This is something very important for foreign employees but they did not care to ask. 2. Change in company policies without sending a formal announcement to the employees. 3. Overall, the employees cannot do anything if they have something to complain about. In my team we tried to complain about several things through managers and directors but nothing ever changed. So they tell you there is a way to complain but nobody takes it seriously.

Pros

The team I work in is great

Cons

Although they are "work from home" they restrict you to fully working at home. No movement allowed whatsoever which is very unfortunate in the world we live in
