Pros

A place to learn, both from the good and the bad. Those who apply themselves can learn a lot. Phenomenal benefits. Great place if you want to wear many hats.

Cons

Salaries are not very competitive. Growth seems to be stagnating somewhat. Culture/processes are immature for being around the block - still seems like there are growing pains that have not been worked out. Tends to come from a matrix reporting structure.

Pros

The traditional English sweet courses in the staff restaurant.

Cons

At the time I didn't approve of this company and the others like it being private quasi-identity-card providers and general all-round data snoops. These days it seems quaintly old-fashioned to worry about such things. Slimy corporate 'mind-control' culture.

First, I would like to say thank you for your multiple years of service at TU. Taking a closer look into your cons, I am concerned to hear some of your feedback. What you have described is not the environment or culture we've built and continue to uphold. A main priority at TU is making sure every person is welcome and comfortable to contribute their thoughts while also being their authentic self. If you are willing to reach out to me, I'd welcome your feedback as this isn't the culture we want our team to experience. Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. - Abhi Dhar, Chief Information and Technology Officer
