Missed Potential

Business Outlook

Pros

Good work-life balance and excellent benefits. Pay is on-par with the market. Very smart people working here.

Cons

Lack of investment in core fundamentals like network, automation, monitoring and infrastructure often leads to stress and cut-corners. Failure to enable the most capable people to achieve success in their work. More concerned with M&A's than making sure things work well. Stuck in an archaic mentality. Lack of internal career path.

Thank you for sharing your review. It's true - we're growing and that can present some challenges. But in the long-term, that means more opportunities for our associates. Career paths at TU aren't a one-lane road. We want our people to try new things and challenge themselves in ways they haven't before. If you need help along the way, we have resources like our Career Advisor who can help you visualize that path. I'd like to understand more about how you feel we've missed the mark - please reach out to me. - Anne Leyden, EVP HR
