Pros

Company is very successful and doing well; Excellent benefits; Very convenient location to train; Company is very generous to charities; Awesome CEO

Cons

IT project managers are not respected and moved around all the time; Project managers are over worked and under valued; IT leadership (especially senior leaders) do not work well together; Leaders cannot agree on prioritization of work which creates a lot of frustration with project teams; Lots of finger pointing from leaders and complaining about CIO; Work-life balance in IT is terrible; Some of the SVPs have no filter and curse all the time especially Application Development SVP

Pros

- Mission of the company is true to it's word - World class products - Company cares and gives back to surrounding communities - Great benefits

Cons

- Global technology organization has became a toxic work place, mostly being driven by an Information Security team that has no regard or respect for any other teams - Culture of executive micro management, leaders don't trust and often are forced to be in the weeds. - CIO who claims he cares about people but has no regard for his people or work-life balance and doesn't trust his leaders to the point he is in the weeds on everything and on every incident bridge - Work-life balance is terrible - Leaders do not know how to prioritize work

First, I appreciate you sharing your candid experience. I’m proud of our company, our teams and the products we develop. You’re right, we care deeply about giving back to our communities around the world. But it’s also vital that our people know we care about them as well. We work hard on building a supportive culture where everyone is comfortable sharing feedback and ideas – there’s always room to evolve. Your cons concern me – I don’t support a toxic environment and want my teams to feel empowered. I’d like to discuss this with you. If you’re willing to share more detail or want to discuss your review, please reach out to me directly. - Mohit Kapoor, CTO

Pros

They have decent pay and great health benefits. My coworkers were very nice.

Cons

Horrible work/life balance. They expect you to be available in the middle of the night for deployments, as well as after hours for support issues, with no compensation. They have a very poor separation process, I had to repeatedly contact them to get my termination packet (for COBRA and 401K info), and I'm having trouble getting my 401K money because they still have me as active in their system. I was there all year, but because I left ONE DAY before the year-end bonus was announced (last year they didn't give it until March, but this year it was in December, which of course I would have stayed for if I'd known), they refused to give it to me. They're just like every other multi-billion dollar company, they don't give a damn about their employees.

I am sorry to hear about some of the issues you described with work/life balance. We have made many strides to make sure we have the proper support around the clock to avoid overworking individuals, but we still have some work to do. You can be sure that it has been and will continue to be a priority going forward. I can tell you for certain that people are priority for my team, and we are holding our leadership accountable for building a place where people can feel comfortable, thrive and grow. We will be sure to take in your feedback around the separation process so that it is as smooth as possible. - Mohit Kapoor, CTO
