A lot of smart people who want to get things done. I have had many great mentors along the way that pushed me to become a better version of myself.

Cons

Job insecurity is the biggest issue. People are constantly worrying about getting laid off in the past 2-3 years. Career growth is slow if you don’t fight for it yourself.
