A reasonably small company so not difficult to get to grips with. Some of the people are lovely TU try to be a good place to work but it falls short

Cons

Sales area had a lack of organisation, No sales methodology in place at the time. Too many layers of management so not enough doers. More time spent doing admin and reporting up through the ranks and across multiple channels, than actually selling. 12 hour days the norm, most people overworked.
