      Pros

      Good leadership on SOME teams, I was fortunate to have that Decent compensation, flexible schedule, remote options.

      Cons

      Constant re-org and chance, conflicting products and priorities, and slowdowns associated with working in a large organization. Waves of layoffs in the last year and moving forward, lots of jobs being moved to low cost markets
