8yThank you for candid response. We have implemented a lot of major technology changes over the past years, and we are definitely further along in our journey. But we are not done yet - we are looking to further expand our technology capabilities to really enable the business to grow. I believe that the limit for a company shouldn't be the technology, but the imagination to use it properly. Part of that is continuing to hire the best and maximize the potential of those who already work here.
