Pay and benefits were decent. Location is near the train stations on the west side of downtown. The office looks modern. This place will give you an excuse to constantly blow off your friends.

Cons

The expectation is work is the number one thing in your life and everything else is way down the list. The work environment in many parts of the building is really noisy and crowded. Very high turnover in many parts of the organization. Values and culture are only lip service. 50-60 hour weeks are the norm.
