TransUnion has been putting a huge emphasis on improving our brand and ensuring we go beyond just being a credit bureau. Managers are involved and on board with the vision of the company and that's really exciting to see. There are a lot of training opportunities as well as growing within the company. Really good benefits, PTO, 401K match, wellness initiatives, and work from home policy.

Some departments are segregated which can wear on the overall culture
