Pros

Strong business model that allows the company to sustain profitability. Executive are trying to strengthen company with strategic investments to diversify base. Good benefits with 401K match and an annual discretionary company contribution to retirement account.

Cons

Company is middle of transition, and private equity owners are only focused on financial gains. Executive team seems to be only paying lip service to other things like job satisfaction, work/life balance, and professional development.

Working at TU DO is great the work environment is nothing you'll find elsewhere in the Dominican Republic, very professional and the people are just amazing.

Cons

Some departments are set in their ways, getting them to think outside their comfort zone is near to impossible, making getting the job zone a hassle sometimes.
