Steady company, standard benefits, most coworkers are easy to get along with, get to work for home if you meet the criteria. Relaxed atmosphere most of the time. Remodeling the building, constantly adding newer technologies.

Cons

Red tape and work flow / processes to do anything, don't get much say about the development environment, management will listen but will not act to rectify the situation, you are on the hook for other peoples messes, even when they leave. Salary for associates is below average for this size company; a former fortune 500 company. Raises barely beat the cost of living increase every year. If you want to advance, be prepared to stay late and arrive early for a long time. No bonuses unless Director+

The new leadership team including the direction of the technology and infrastructure are making some great changes. I am starting to feel excited about the possibilities for the company and my personal job growth.

Cons

The old legacy processes, thinking and people who just don’t want to change. Come on now, either get on board or get off the bus.
