Pros

Company has been generous and well-informed about COVID-related issues; early office shutdowns, extra days off, vax mandates. Company is socially conscious and is serious about diversity.

Cons

Company is headquartered in the midwest, where tech salaries and the cost of living are quite modest. Employees at either coast are lumped into a common salary scale, which (along with draconian infosec requirements) is causing an exodus in Portland.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. Over the last few months, we have learned that remaining agile and adapting to the world around us will be critical moving forward. The health, safety and well-being of our people is top priority. We balance that with delivering useful products and services to customers and consumers. That being said, I appreciate your feedback and will be sure to share this with my team. We work with our internal partners to conduct market audits on our compensation scales and this feedback is important to me as well. I look forward to reading more of your reviews and encourage you to connect with your manager to address any additional concerns. - Abhi Dhar, Chief Information and Technology Officer

Pros

FTO, Pays well, Benefits are excellent, people you work closely with are good.

Cons

#bigcorpproblems. It's very obvious that you don't work for a software company. Software projects are on life support as attrition is rampant. Senior management will ignore the issue until revenue suffers. Engineers who stay suffer from unexpected hurdles at every turn while trying to get a job done.

First, I'd like to thank you for taking the time to leave your review and congratulations on your 10+ years at TU. While I'm glad to hear about your positive comments, I'm concerned about your cons. As a global information and insights company, technology is at the core of our functions. That is why we have continued to evolve and enhance our agile environment to support our team members and create tomorrow's solutions. That being said, I find your comments incredibly important and will be sharing this with my team. - Abhi Dhar, Chief Information and Technology Officer
