      Cons

      Abysimal senior management. Mantra is: firms is doing great but we need more work from you - but no incentives. Senior management act like they know everything; their way or the highway; and run the groups so mean/lean without adding people then wonder why staff walks out.

      IT management not progressive thinkers - too much micro-management B grade IT leaderships, who scrutinizes everything Poor culture - low work-life balance. Expected to work 50 hours/wk for under 40 hour/wk pay.
