Business Outlook
Pros
Stable Job, co-workers have been here for 30+ years. I learn something new everyday. Everyone is knowledgeable and helpful. The company has great values to promote safety!
Cons
I feel like compared to twenty or so years ago, the company has slowly deteriorated, due to the loss of many knowledgeable staff members and huge layoffs. The pay is somewhat on the lower-end, and I feel overworked/burnt out. Employees have to remain flexible to keep up with the growing list of changes. Additionally, the onboarding training process is lacking.
