      Good as stepping stone

      Pros

      Easy job is very repetitive. You don't have to think A lot of down time.

      Cons

      Working hours are not as flexible, you can't make your own working schedule. Limited healthcare options, only offers PPO and high deductible plans. Can't be independent, have to ask for permission for very little thing. pay isn't great for the area.

      Maybe the 401k? Outside of that...nothing.

      Cons

      Doesn't even pay minimum market value for salary of my title when I am actually an architect and much more. Took 3 years for the company to actually issue me a laptop that is strong enough to do the daily duties of my job. I had to build my own computer against company policy and use it for over a year and a half because of their shoddy corporate IT department and simply not suppling adequate hardware to perform my job.
