      Pros

      Great culture that fosters collaboration and transparency, caring leadership, numerous ways to get involved and meet employees from around the world, good benefits, decent pay, lots of opportunity/encouragement to grow and develop within the company!

      Cons

      A natural consequence of a company always evolving is misinformation from changing processes. I do think there needs to be consistency (as much as possible) with processes and ample communication with any process changes.

      Pros

      Supportive staff always willing to help. Remote work was great too.

      Cons

      Pay was low but they did give lunch, coffee and the work environment was so good that it made up for the low pay.
