Business Outlook
Pros
The atmosphere in this company is great. People are very friendly to each other and across all layers of the corporate ladder, which you don't see in every company. At the same time, people here are very professional and knowledgeable. As such, knowledge sharing is valued very highly.
Cons
While the salary is certainly high enough, it isn't at all stellar. There is too much work for the amount of people that are available. Considering the big responsibility and high work load that is given to each employee, they may soon be expecting more.
