      The work is important and necessary in helping to keep unsafe products off the shelf. Projects can be interesting and even fun at times and there are some opportunities to advance into other roles.

      Cons

      Depending on the manager, you can be treated as a human being with goals and desires or as a pack mule expected to carry too much of the load with little to no recognition or reward.

      Great people to work with and plenty of internal career options. Additionally this company allows for a great work life balance.

      Cons

      Lack of job title descriptions and responsibilities. This leads to low moral as it is unclear when a promotion is warranted or not.
