      It is great to work here. Company culture is amazing. Team leads are very supportive and they always encourage the team to help each other.

      Cons

      Well they used to have in house HR. But now everything is online which can be a pain, because sometimes you need something urgent but no one is there to entertain the issue.

      Benefits, love my coworkers, that’s about it.

      Cons

      Pay, raises are abysmal, if someone gets a promotion, everyone else gets less of a raise. Keep adding more work to your plate, threaten unpaid mandatory overtime, getting a promotion is political, not based on how hard you work.
