      High expectations but disappointing reality.

      Pros

      Big clean office, nice building and perfect terrace. Good starter pack with training materials and nice first week. Budapest is great city with lots of cool places.

      Cons

      No attention to newcomer. High pressure for no reason. Everyone is doing his job and no one is supporting you on your first challenges. People are smiley but no culture boarding and outside activities for newbies.

We have introduced a buddy program to help new employees bond with the other employees of the company.
