      Pros

      I worked for UNLEASH for 5 years. As a fresh graduate I was hired without experience because the CEO was really looking for personality rather than experience. He recognises the potentials in you which you might not be aware of yet, therefore he keeps on pushing to your limits until you succeed. The team was extremely supportive and fun to work with, more like a family. The skills and experiences I earned during these years set me up for life and where ever I go the well known UNLEASH name helps me to reach my carreer goals every single time. The salary is exeptional, even on an international level but you have to work hard and you will be 100% honored for that.

      Cons

      No doubt that the company's swifting visions and fast changing pace can cause stress and fustration for some members in the team. Unfortunately, this is what this competitive business requires. If you are not comfortable in such environment UNLEASH is not for you, but if you like the daily challenges and being part of something amazing you will be rewarded and have the time of your life. No pain, no gain.

      UNLEASH is a very international company with a young, dedicated and dynamic team and talented colleagues with superpowers! The CEO is inspiring, has a great vision and lots of new ideas all the time. The CEO really seems to care about their employees, is a very creative mind and not only an inspiring person but fun to work with! Excellent work-life balance and nice offices.

      Cons

      It's hard to write cons because I genuinely enjoy the company and the lovely team.
