      - Great environment. - Friendly and creative people . - Open mind culture help you to express your point of view. - You can have a external life !

      Cons

      - Management is pretty badly done . - Processes are just to be show not to be used. - Projects tend to be slowpaced and usually stick to old technology and legacy systems. - Salaries are below market average. - Career Opportunities are hard to happen in here.
