Pros

Good localization in a business centric area, good benefits for employees although contractors get almost nothing

Cons

Low pay, bureaucracy in exccess, very old technology which is just ridiculous for an internet company, managers have no respect for people making them work after hours and early hours in the morning (4 am!) and firing anyone that looks funny at them

- Management is pretty badly done . - Processes are just to be show not to be used. - Projects tend to be slowpaced and usually stick to old technology and legacy systems. - Salaries are below market average. - Career Opportunities are hard to happen in here.
