      Pros

      It's good because you have opportunities to grow in your team, develop for a company that is leader in it's market and the biggest portal in portuguese idiom, so you'll gain a lot of relevant experience. You'll always have a plan of what you need to do during a sprint, so it's hard to lose control of your daily tasks.

      Cons

      Despite the fact that you'll know what you have to do, it's not so good when you need colaboration of other teams, because it's almost certain that they'll difficult the things a bit. The information it's not well shared between teams, so sometimes you can fell a little lost when you need to do something that depends of things maintained by other teams.
