      Pros

      Plenty of opportunity to increase in job knowledge and skills. Some management are able to move around and experience different jobs within DFMWR. Lay offs are almost non-existent.

      Cons

      The work is for the federal government and the pay may not be able to compete with other companies or offers you received.

      It will make you grow up real fast. It will teach personal responsibility. You will meet life long friends. You will learn your personal physical and mental limits. SEE THE WORLD, at least the 3rd world.

      Cons

      No one treats anyone with any amount of respect. Leadership treats everyone below them like dirt.
