Pros

friendly work environment, the people are sociable(or can leave you alone if you want). its a nice place to make friends & meet people in the industry. You're allowed to do bigger tasks & systems & problems relatively early on, bigger than your skill level. A nice place to learn alot on the job and get valuable experience.

Cons

high level company management a bit all over the place, projects without direction running in circle in development hell and eventually being cut or releasing in a bad state.
