Pros

* Only did overtime for a few weeeks for the 5 years I've worked there * Failure to hit deadlines is put on management rather than workers * Can openly criticize without retribution * Job feels very safe, I've never heard of someone getting fired for lack of skills * Ubisoft Québec and Canadian Studios seem on a good path for improvement on work conditions * They were the only company willing to hire me out of school, and gave me the experience needed to become flooded with recruiters

Cons

* Salary below the industry average (75k CAD with 5 years experience), other companies offered me 1.6x to 2x that amount for the same 40h schedule. * Company doesn't seem to listen to criticism from employees * When there is overtime, it is not paid. It's not mandatory but nobody wants to be the only one on their team not putting in extra hours.
