Good comfortable company

Pros

Ubisoft treats their people right, it's not the most competitive salaries, and you will get the usual political issues, but you get to work on a lot of interesting stuff, learn a lot (it's full of talent) and have a good quality of life.

Cons

The same cons as at any major game studio: politics, and lack of impact on the projects if you're not a lead.
