Pros

Mission to make good games - products valued over metrics. Fair and consistent review system. Eager to help place people where they want to work.

Cons

Change can be slow if your current role is important. Company is too big - creativity sometimes hampered by too many cooks. Pay on the low side.

Pros

You have the oportunity to work on some of the games that you like(including known brands). Also there is the oportunity to go to other studios(from other countries) for collaborations.

Cons

However the disadvantages (payment, Overtime, bad management) leave a REALLY bad impression. On top of this they have really highs standards from a technical point of view, but demand almost no management competencies from the team leaders or producers.
