      - people are nice - offices are decorated - benefits - events - restos around

      Cons

      - your experience is dependent on the team you're in - HQ makes decisions without consulting the VPs it seems - a lot of change throughout the years, it is uneasy - every team works like a mini company, which makes work duplicated and people competing rather than collaborating - meetings where time is wasted and nothing is said

      - Hard to tell where the company is going - Often feels like we take 2 steps forward and then 3 steps back every time we start a new project. - Pay is lower than most other workplaces.
