Pros

The people, the creativity, the collaboration and the energy are the best parts of Ubisoft. It's a great place to learn about the business and gain experience all while helping make the best games in the industry.

Cons

Many employees will learn that you will need to fight for yourself and your successes. This isn't a bad thing, however time can go very quickly due to daily work and projects and you have to find time to push yourself forward in order to gain recognition.
