      Pros

      - Great atmosphere to try things and meet nice people; - A lot very talented people from different parts of the world; - It is the only studio in Singapore that had significant successes in the past years (serveral Assassin's Creed games, TMNT, Ghost Recon Online). They have done in Singapore what no company was able to do before. People can work there and have a worldwide recognition. - Very much people focused;

      Cons

      - Still a young studio, has grown fast. Need to consolidate a few layers.

      Great games, teams full of motivation The more you show, the more high management trust you and let you focus on how you can excel with your skills Team management opened to new tech possibilities, as they enjoyed employee feedback transparency as well No employee blaming, just decisions made to move forward
