Business Outlook
Pros
Good work-life balance. Not lacking for projects and no mass lay-offs. Opportunity to work on AAA project. Other projects in studio as well.
Cons
Mostly an in-source for Montreal. Lacking some experience and high skills for certain leadership positions. Projects are seem to be more fiscally oriented rather than quality oriented. Also, the studio has some troubled matching appropriately skilled individuals to certain positions... but not any worse than most other medium-large studios. Pay is relatively lower than other markets/cities.
