      Pros

      One of the best video game compagny in the world Lot of project on every hardware French compagny Big enough to allow reboots on projects.

      Cons

      The biggest projects are often in Montreal Salary has to be more competitive in relation to other compagnies, to avoid to see our talent leaving.

      Pros

      - More stable than most game studios - Team is strong and they believe in what they are doing 110% - Work with very strong people who love their jobs and goes the extra mile to make a good game - Challenging work and never bore - You get to work on exciting stuff

      Cons

      - People tend to not pace themselves to avoid overtime - There's a bit of over time but very managementable compare to other studios - Company is growing way too fast, it's hard to keep track of the new people and get to know them

      Pros

      I think the best reason to work here is that the company itself is a great learning environment. As being part of the network team, have been exposed to many new technologies. I can say that my team is superb, fully qualified, intelligent and FUN! They let us drink beer at our desk! So it's kinda happy-go-lucky. At the same time everyone gets their job done. It's kinda got a college vibe to it. And, if you tell a girl you work here she'll be impressed 80% of the time.

      Cons

      none really. They could pay us more, but I could also look for another job if I really wanted more money.
