Pros
-People are friendly, respectful, caring and fair. -Don't usually fire people. -People do not point ffingers after things go wrong, instead they figure out what can be improved in the future together. -You get to learn a lot industry-leading technolgy. -You get all the Ubisoft games for free, if you quit you still get the ones till the day you quit for free, big bonus for Ubisoft fans.
Cons
-The salary may be less competetive compare to some mobile game companies that makes people work over 40 hours a week and fires people all the time while also fake their salaries and compensations.
