Built in clientele, gratis, online education, but you will only have time to access on your off hours as when you’re clocked in you’re not allowed to because they want you to be working behind the chair if not doing the job of a retail employee. Networking is good and offer a decent amount of services to make money
Cons
Salon service menu is not very specific in how to charge leading to some stylist overcharging and some charging as stated in the policy while some stylists get away with this in a rewarded others are reprimanded for charging that is not in line with stated company policy due to favoritism. also service menu is usually below average and if you charge by the way company policy states be prepared to barely be banking minimum.
