      Great business school, but with low bar to employees

      Pros

      Policies and processes very well defined and in place, projects deeply structured, respects diversity, gives you a lot of autonomy and incentive to be creative.

      Cons

      Too slow in making decisions and make implementations, there is no flexibility in looking for improvements for the processes, and low performance employees are tolerated because of their political relationships.
