No pros for this company

Cons

They get rid of most new hires before 90 days are up with no explanation supervisors don't follow the rules set by the union contract supervisors retaliate against employees if they get call out for things they aren't supposed to make employees do.

Pros

Lots of training Ample of online courses but no time

Cons

Cut throat environment since new CeO took over in 2025. Long work hours No one cares No Career progression in Canada for WL1 unless managers quits - managers are long time tenured- most are over 15 yrs Mental health and morale at the lowest Round 2 of productivity had a number of finance jobs moved to NA (US) The core finance team is disseminated Top heavy finance team - 2 Senior Director..no clue why...when the business needs more doers - not chiefs. Canada finance townhall has become irrelevant. New Senior Director is trying to find her footing but not genuine and barely has people scope in Canada.
