      Promote from within. Over the past decade, it has been a very diseased culture where the good solid performers that knew the company were let go, forced to retire or quit out of frustration

      for a fortune 500 company the health insurance is very expensive.univar holds their 401k contributions for a year to slow down employee turnover,if there is a holiday or you take a vacation day during a week you have to work over 40 hours in the remaining 4 days to receive overtime pay,took away company profit sharing and safety bonus also employee stay fit program, quit helping to pay for college classes, amost took away Christmas 50 gift card

      good employees with talent, not being utilized.

      Cons

      Constant change in direction being lead by Executive leadership not familiar with the business. Very dysfunctional company. They seem to keep the average leaders and pass on the strong leaders who are adding value/
