Pros

Leadership is accessible, open and transparent about the company's strategic plan and vision, friendly and overall proactive in developing talent so we can win. Having just joined the organization and worked in many others of similar size and scale, I think this is the best work environment I have encountered. Everyone is passionate about the work they are undertaking, and people matter here.

Cons

None that I've seen so far, though I know we are undertaking a reorganization to perform better in today's market. That usually means some changes to structure, but adapting to change is critical to meet business targets.
