      Management is caring about their staff. They are team building and provides education tools to help you succeed. They come and visit in the morning to say good morning and how are you doing. Great team.

      Pros

      Leadership is extremely professional and has established a comfortable work environment for the employees. I have always felt supported in my portfolio and encouraged to continue my growth within the company. I would recommend working at Univar to anyone that has the opportunity!

      Cons

      The work can be tedious, but it’s never impossible. Whenever the work gets tough, management will jump in to support and assist. Just ask for their help!
