      Lots of management turnover. Equity ownership with a lack of long-term commitment.

      Pros

      Pay and benefits are very competitive if not better. Managers aren't breathing down your neck all day. Promote within!! Available to work as much overtime as you want. Supply drinks water/Gatorade/coffee.

      Cons

      Warehouse could use some form of ventilation, it gets really hot in the summer and cold in the winters. They supply pants that are part of the uniform, i really don't like this i prefer to wear carpenter jeans. ( personal preference)
