Poor leadership and a mess

Stop playing the favoritism card and hold people accountable.

Cons

Inept executive team with no accountability. Corporate office is full of favoritism and when issues come up, leadership blame others. It’s gotten really bad. Long hours, high turnover, do way more with less resources. No employees development plan. Absolutely, no work life balance. STAY AWAY

Very Toxic Work Environment

Benefits, unlimited time off, hybid schedule.

Cons

Very toxic work environment. Sr. Management tends to single out people and bully them until they quit. HR does nothing. One team lost 4 out of 6 people in three months this year because of toxic manager. Company was sold to private equity firm so not sure how much longer jobs will be around for as bits and pieces will probably start being sold.
