Since acquisition by Apollo, overtime was cut 100% with no warning. Yearly raise and bonus was a joke.

- People are kind - My boss is a good mentor

After acquisition by Apollo, uncertainty has increased. We have had a hiring freeze, promotions freeze, and title change freeze since the beginning of the year and no telling when it will end. As a result, when people leave their work falls on the remaining workers. Hopefully if you are applying for this company that means that their hiring freeze if over and this is all in the past.
