      Ok benefits. Great co workers.

      Cons

      Too much work for one person. No leadership skills. Managerment are not train and dont know how to talk to their employees. Lots of favoritism. If you are not cool with management. You will not be promoted. Promote people that dont do any work but friends with management. No teamwork. Every man for themselves. Everyone hate being there but need a job to survive. No proper training. They expect you to know the job in one month which is impossible.

      Pros

      Competitive Salary and compensation is about the only thing I can think of, but even that isn't worth it when you don't get support to grow your territory.

      Cons

      Internal systems and processes are non-existent or broken, supply plans don't support territories for growth. Upper management is clueless and has a bunch of clueless yes men/women working for them.

      Pros

      Good benefits - medical,dental,vision, 401K, profit sharing, more opportunities to move up if you are willing to relocate. Salaries are very enticing.

      Cons

      In my time here, I have experienced at least 5 different CEO's. Each come with changes where some changes are repeated without success. Right now, we are being micromanaged at a level that is absurd. And the changes to our processes are weekly, sometimes daily! If you like that kind of environment, you will thrive here. Still a lack of communication from the top down to the people who actually do the work. My biggest complaint is the lack of consistency across the organization.
