      Pros

      benefits are ok, not much else

      Cons

      management is weak (especially Ops); no time to service customers, bonuses rarely paid out, rules keep changing and so much fine print, people are disposable.

      The company was good to work for with great benefits and matched 401k. It was a good way to cut my teeth as a generalist

      Pros

      Some great people that work really hard, great benefits, generally a secure job. A lot of opportunity for advancement in every trade that Univar offers.

      Cons

      Everybody is a drop in the bucket. This is a very corporate atmosphere, which is nice if you aren't a good employee. Very good employees sometimes aren't given full credit for their work since it is such a "team game" (by design).
